AYSO Young Soloists è un progetto spin off di AYSO e di OrchestrAcademy. I musicisti che compongono l’ensemble, si sono formati per diversi anni in OrchestrAcademy e sono ora giovanissimi professionisti per i quali la nostra Organizzazione favorisce l’inserimento nel mondo del lavoro, facendo in modo da circa tre anni che abbiano opportunità di esibirsi con regolare contratto di lavoro per prestigiose realtà italiane e internazionali. Si tratta di un complesso strumentale ad organico variabile (tra 5 e 15 musicisti), giovani eccellenze provenienti da tutta l’Italia. Questo ensemble ha ottenuto il prestigioso riconoscimento del Ministero della Cultura nell’ambito del FUS (Fondo Unico dello Spettacolo) per il triennio 2022-2024, realizzando numerosi concerti in Italia e all’estero. Negli ultimi anni il complesso AYSO Young Soloists, guidato dal suo direttore Teresa Satalino, è stato protagonista di eventi straordinari, rappresentando orgogliosamente l’Italia all’estero. L’ensemble ha tenuto concerti in collaborazione con gli Istituti Italiani di Cultura e le Ambasciate italiane di Praga e Vienna, esibendosi nella sala da concerti del Conservatorio di Praga e a Palazzo Metternich a Vienna. Lo scorso marzo, l’ensemble è stato invitato a tenere un concerto nella sede parigina dell’UNESCO, quartier generale dell’Organizzazione per l’istruzione, la scienza e la cultura dell’ONU e luogo simbolico di cooperazione internazionale e dialogo interculturale, in occasione dell’inaugurazione del Consiglio Esecutivo dell’Organizzazione. Nello stesso periodo ha tenuto un concerto presso l’Hôtel de Galliffet, sede dell’Istituto italiano di Cultura di Parigi. L’ensemble è stato invitato a suonare per la Filarmonica Laudamo di Messina presso il Palazzo della Cultura “Antonello da Messina”, ha suonato presso l’Ara Pacis a Roma per un evento organizzato da EY Foundation, ha inoltre suonato al Teatro Paisiello di Lecce per l'edizione 2023 del Festival Treccani della Lingua Italiana. L’ensemble ha suonato in luoghi simbolo del patrimonio culturale italiano, avviando una proficua e continua collaborazione con la Direzione Generale Musei della Puglia. In un inedito dialogo tra patrimonio artistico e capitale umano, l’ensemble ha tenuto concerti anche presso la Pinacoteca Paolo Finoglio di Conversano, il Museo delle Civiltà Preclassiche e il Museo Diocesano di Ostuni. L’ensemble si è esibito anche per il Festival Notti Sacre nella Cattedrale San Sabino di Bari e per il Festival Carl Orff presso il Teatro Comunale di Putignano. The musicians that make up the ensemble, have been trained for several years at OrchestrAcademy and are now very young professionals for whom our organisation promotes their insertion into the world of work, ensuring that for the past three years they have had the opportunity to perform with a regular contract of employment for prestigious Italian and international organisations. This is an instrumental ensemble with a variable number of musicians (between 5 and 15), young excellences from all over Italy. This ensemble has obtained the prestigious recognition of the Ministry of Culture under the FUS (Fondo Unico dello Spettacolo) for the three-year period 2022-2024, performing numerous concerts in Italy and abroad. In recent years, the AYSO Young Soloists ensemble, led by its conductor Teresa Satalino, has been the protagonist of extraordinary events, proudly representing Italy abroad. The ensemble has given concerts in cooperation with the Italian Cultural Institutes and the Italian Embassies in Prague and Vienna, performing in the concert hall of the Prague Conservatory and in Metternich Palace in Vienna. Last March, the ensemble was invited to give a concert at the Paris headquarters of UNESCO, the headquarters of the UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation and a symbolic place of international cooperation and intercultural dialogue, on the inauguration of the Organisation's Executive Council. During the same period, it gave a concert at the Hôtel de Galliffet, home of the Italian Institute of Culture in Paris. The ensemble was invited to play for the Filarmonica Laudamo in Messina at the Palazzo della Cultura 'Antonello da Messina', played at the Ara Pacis in Rome for an event organised by the EY Foundation, and played at the Teatro Paisiello in Lecce for the 2023 edition of the Festival Treccani della Lingua Italiana. The ensemble played in symbolic places of Italy's cultural heritage, initiating a fruitful and ongoing collaboration with the General Directorate for Museums of Apulia. In an unprecedented dialogue between artistic heritage and human capital, the ensemble also held concerts at the Paolo Finoglio Art Gallery in Conversano, the Museum of Preclassic Civilisations and the Diocesan Museum in Ostuni. The ensemble also performed for the Notti Sacre Festival at the San Sabino Cathedral in Bari and the Carl Orff Festival at the Municipal Theatre in Putignano. AYSO Young Soloists is an instrumental ensemble with a variable number of members, ranging from 4 to 25 musicians and featuring the most outstanding players from the AYSO Orchestra. The AYSO Young Soloists Project aims to showcase the young musical talents that have flourished within OrchestrAcademy, enabling them to participate regularly in concert performances. It provides a unique opportunity for young soloists to gain the necessary experience to pursue a professional career in music. The main objectives of this project include: offering young musicians valuable training and growth opportunities in a stimulating and international environment; promoting human capital excellence; facilitating the entry of younger individuals into the workforce; enriching their experience and making young musicians ambassadors of classical music worldwide through collaborative and mobility activities, and advocating for music as an educational tool for unity, inclusion, prevention and empowerment for the new generations.

The AYSO Young Soloists ensemble has earned the prestigious recognition from the Ministry of Culture within the FUS (Fondo Unico dello Spettacolo) for the triennium 2022-2024. By the AYSO Young Soloists ensembles, the OrchestrAcademy Association has initiated a fruitful collaboration with the Direzione Generale dei Musei in Puglia, conducting masterclasses and concerts at iconic museum venues such as the renowned Castello Svevo in Bari, successfully creating an rewarding dialogue between human capital and cultural heritage. Numerous concerts have been held in art galleries and museums as part of this initiative.
